How much discount do I get when booking online?
When you book through the website you get at least 20% off the taximeter price, to any airport and any city. For the main airports we use fixed 'from' prices, for example Schiphol from €99.
What does a metered ride cost?
Boarding or call-out fee €3.29, €2.42 per kilometre and €0.40 per minute of waiting. Day and night rates are the same. For a ride booked in advance within Rotterdam of at least 5 km, there is no waiting rate.
Are the airport prices fixed?
Yes. The price we agree in advance is the price you pay, even with traffic or detours. Only if you change the journey en route will we agree a new price with you.
Does cancelling cost anything?
No, Taxi Mosaic charges no cancellation fees.
How can I pay?
You can pay cash or by credit card, directly with your chauffeur in the car.
How many people and suitcases fit in the car?
Our black BYD SUV carries up to seven passengers. Travelling with lots of luggage? Let us know and we will advise on the best arrangement.
