Taxi Mosaic Rotterdam
Privacy policy
Taxi Mosaic Rotterdam handles your personal data with care. Below you can read which data we process and why.
What data
When you book a ride we process your name, phone number, email address (optional), pick-up and destination address, date and time, number of passengers, flight number and any notes.
What for
We use this data only to plan, confirm and carry out your ride, and to contact you about your booking. We do not send advertising and never sell your data.
Legal basis
We process your data because it is necessary to perform the agreement (your ride) (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
We keep booking data no longer than necessary, and at most seven years where tax law requires it.
Sharing
Your data is stored with our hosting partners (Vercel and Neon). Address suggestions and route calculation use OpenStreetMap services; only the addresses you enter are shared, not your name or phone number.
Visitor statistics
We measure anonymously how the website is used, without cookies and without storing personal data.
Cookies
Only if you give permission do we place Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure website use and improve our advertising. Without permission they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of the website. We also remember your language and display choice in your browser.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data. Contact us at info@rotterdamtaxicentrale.com or +31 6 38 15 31 42. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Preventing ad abuse
If you reach us through a Google advertisement, we store your IP address, Google's click code, the page visited and the time, for at most 90 days. This lets us recognise when someone repeatedly clicks our ads without booking, and exclude that address in Google Ads. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): preventing abuse of our advertising budget. No cookies are used for this.
